On Thursday, Hamilton County Sheriff’s detectives filed additional felony charges: seven counts of tax evasion, two counts of promoting prostitution, and single counts of money laundering, corrupt business influence and theft.
McClellan turned himself in on the warrants at 2 a.m. Friday and was being held today on $200,000 bond. A court date was set for July 10 in Superior Court 1.
Chad McClellan’s brother, Christopher D. McClellan, 39, of Cicero also has been charged with felony charges of tax evasion and theft in connection with the Internet service, which continues to appear online.
Deputies are searching for Christopher, and ask for people to call the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department at (317) 773-1872 with information.
