LT 'SACKED' FOES WITH ESCORT GALS

On the gridiron, former Giants superstar linebacker Lawrence Taylor specialized in sacks - and off the field, he found an edge by luring opposing players into the sack with call-girl cuties who would tire them out the night before a game.

"You know what they like and what type of women they like and you just call the [escort] service," Taylor said.

In an interview with CBS's "60 Minutes" to be telecast Sunday, Taylor says he instructed the women he hired to put in a full night's work between the sheets.

LT says he told the working girls, "Every time [the opposing players] sit there and tell you, 'Oh, we got to get some sleep,' that's when the party really starts." Full Story...

Cialis Approved for Sale in U.S.

A second competitor to Viagra -- dubbed "le weekend pill" in France -- should hit the nation's pharmacies by early December.

Eli Lilly and Co. and partner Icos Corp. plan "a very fast and aggressive" launch to Cialis after winning Food and Drug Administration marketing approval of the long-lasting erectile dysfunction drug on Friday, said Matthew Beebe, Lilly's brand team leader for Cialis

Cialis' main selling points: It works for up to 36 hours after being swallowed and can be taken with or without food. Viagra, the world's first male impotence pill, has a duration of activity of only a few hours. A third pill, Levitra, which went on the U.S. market in September, is effective for four to eight hours after being taken. Full Story...

Prostitution sting nabs 72 in Arizona

az-arrest (10k image)One was a 60-year-old Sun City woman. Another a Tempe woman with a brand-new $60,000 boat. And another advertised herself as a former Miss Canada.

They were among the 45 women arrested Thursday in the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office's prostitution raid, which swept from Wittmann to east Mesa. A companion operation netted 27 male customers.

Operation House Call targeted 33 homes and 10 massage parlors, while Operation Destiny ran a sting out of three Valley hotels, arresting men who came to pay for sex. Among the men were a local radio station's sales director, an airline pilot and a state correctional officer.

Women arrested on suspicion of running houses of prostitution face felony charges. Men arrested on suspicion of soliciting sex face misdemeanor charges.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio said previous prostitution stings were criticized because they targeted only the women. This time around, he went after the customers.

Outside Margaret Miller's modest Sun City condo, a sign warned of neighborhood Block Watch on the lookout for crime. Her neighbor had a Sun City Posse sponsor sticker on the door.

But undercover detectives say Miller, 60, has been enticing men in for $125 tricks, using an alias of "Allison." Full Story...

Indecency trial focuses on dancers

uncovered and the degree to which they were uncovered dominated testimony in the first day of Darrel Russelburg's misdemeanor indecency trial Wednesday.

When asked by the prosecution to describe the movements of exotic dancers at Russelburg's Old Hickory BBQ in Fort Branch, Ind., Indiana State Police detective Kevin Hobson seemed uncomfortable. When he faced cross-examination, Gibson Circuit Judge Walter Palmer warned the courtroom spectators: "If you can't keep a straight face, go somewhere else." Full Story...

Hong Kong cops get lucky with prostitutes

Undercover policemen in Hong Kong are allowed to accept sexual services from prostitutes but not have full intercourse.

Police said officers could receive certain services from prostitutes before arresting them in brothels.

However, Chief Supt Tang How-kong insisted: "It is not enjoyable (for them). I'm sure if you ask my colleagues . . . It is actually repulsive."

A prostitutes' trade union said it had received 76 complaints of police harassment since March. Full Story...

Paris Hilton's Lawyers Block Sex Tape

After last week's skirmish between hotel heiress Paris Hilton, her fleet of lawyers, and certain Internet webmasters who had a corner on a homemade sex video involving young Paris and her ex-lover, the frenzy has quieted and many of the more braggadocios parties involved who had threatened to go public with the video have since backed down to protect themselves.

And no one is talking either. Smells like a lawyer, or a whole bunch of them. Full Story...

Take your clothes off and stay for lunch

KEY WEST - Minutes after the bartender peeled off her top, Rodney Whiddon took off his shorts and underwear. Tearing a bite out of his chicken sandwich, the 56-year-old tourist from Destin announced that he'd found paradise.

The former engineer, a retiree and nudist, was perched at the bar of Naked Lunch, Key West's -- and perhaps the country's -- first stand-alone clothing-optional restaurant. ''If you come here, you've got to experience everything,'' he said.

Naked Lunch was opened two weeks ago by the owners of Garden of Eden, a six-year-old clothing-optional bar that fills the rooftop of the Bull and the Whistle bars on Duval Street. Full Story...

Viagra alternatives may soon be available in cream, spray

The little blue pill that revolutionized impotence treatment now has some competition.

Levitra, approved recently by the Food and Drug Administration, is the first in a growing array of Viagra alternatives and can work in about the same amount of time as Viagra - generally within 30 to 60 minutes.

"Everybody who tried Viagra and wasn't happy with it is going to try this," said Dr. Stephen M. Auerbach, a Newport Beach, Calif., urologist who specializes in male sexual dysfunction.

Another pill, whose effects last 36 hours, could be approved by year's end. A nasal spray, a topical cream and a pill that dissolves under the tongue also are in the pipeline and could be available in two to three years. Full Story...
