Michel Agujia, Leesburg's former director of information technology, has charged $15,211 to a town credit card for "dating and escort services" since April 2002, according to credit card records released by the town Friday.

Agujia, arrested Sept. 27 in Frederick, Md., where he lives with his wife, was returned to Loudoun on Friday, taken before a magistrate and released on a $50,000 personal recognizance bond, according to Loudoun Sheriff's spokesman Kraig Troxell. Full Story...
