A former Oklahoma County assistant public defender was arrested after he went to work for an escort service that actually was operated by police.

An affidavit says Jeffery H. Contreras was arrested on Wednesday by undercover Oklahoma City police officers for offering to engage. Contreras hasn't been charged.

Court documents indicate Contreras called the undercover escort service and asked if he could interview for a job. He was hired and met a female undercover officer who said she wanted to pay for sex. Full Story...
