Louisiana house passes public sex ban 100-0
BATON ROUGE -- A bill to ban sex acts performed for the purpose of drawing public attention got final legislative approval Wednesday and is on its way to Gov. Foster for his approval or rejection. If Foster signs the bill or allows it to become law without his signature, it would take effect Aug. 15. The House voted 100-0 for House Bill 1981 by Rep. Danny Martiny, R-Kenner, to prohibit sexual intercourse in "any public place or place open to the public view" to gain the attention of others. There was little debate on the bill. Full Story...
