EroticServiceProviders.com lists ads for legal services only. Any text submitted for ads with any reference to illegal services of any sort will be rejected in full. No 'grace period' or refund is to be expected if your ad is denied due to violating these content restrictions. We may, at our sole discretion, place any ads 'on hold' or deny ads based on violations of these guidelines without notice.

Any sexually explicit language, any suggestion of sexual experiences during a session, or any suggestion that there will be an exchange of sex for money is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, acronyms, code names or slang such as 'greek', 'BBBJ', or 'GFE'.

You may not post any language in your ads whereby the surfer must agree that he or she is not a law enforcement official or postal inspector.

We may edit your text for clarity, spelling, display (i.e. ALL CAPS) and grammatical accuracy only. We cannot help you write or develop your ad text.

Images
All images accompanying escort advertisements may not be obscene or overtly pornographic. Images of male or female genitalia, insertion or anything else that we determine to be overtly pornographic is not allowed. At our sole discretion, we may blur or crop submitted images to fall within these guidelines, delete the offending photos, or reject the ad entirely. If submitted images cannot be blurred or cropped to fit within these guidelines, the ad will be denied placement. No 'grace period' or refund is to be expected if your ad is denied due to violating these content restrictions.

EroticServiceProviders.com cannot accept any photos covered by Section 2257 of Title 18 U.S.C., which madates the keeping of very detailed personal records of any person associated with the publication of sexually explicit images. Therefore, we cannot accept any images which 1) include depictions of actual or simulated sexual contact between two or more persons, 2) which depict actual or simulated masturbation, or 3) which depicts the lewd exhibition of the genital area of any person. We cannot accept such photos, and any photos posted in violation of these guidelines will be rejected and may put your account at risk of being terminated.

By submitting an ad, you agree to the following:
Advertiser represents, warrants, acknowledges and agrees as follows:

EroticServiceProviders.com does not engage in, or provide advertising for any illegal activities of any kind, including but not limited to solicitation of prostitution and/or prostitution;
Advertiser's advertisement(s) is not and will not be used to advertise, promote, offer or solicit any illegal activities of any kind, including but not limited to solicitation of prostitution and/or prostitution;
Advertiser has received, read, understood and agrees to strictly comply with the EroticServiceProviders.com Advertising Guidelines in placing advertising on the Website;
EroticServiceProviders.com shall enjoy the right to rescind this Agreement and remove Advertiser's advertising from the Website without refund or further obligation in the event that EroticServiceProviders.com determines that Advertiser is in breach of any term of this Agreement or the Advertising Guidelines, including but not limited to a determination that Advertiser has used the advertising in connection with any illegal activities of any kind.

Stock Photos
Stock photos will not be accepted. If the photo looks like a "stock photo" we will not accept it. We reserve the right to make a "judgment call" on any photo.

Copyrighted Photos
We cannot post images bearing a watermark of another escort directory (eros, cityvibe, or any other). These images are copyrighted by the other directory, and we cannot by law publish them. If you have some original pictures, please submit those and we will be glad to run the ad.

Affiliate or Third Party Posts
This is a directory of individual escorts, escort agencies, and other adult entertainers. Posts by affiliates for third-party or sponsor sites are strictly prohibited.

Payment
Ads will not be posted without prior payment. If payment is denied or withdrawn at any point, the ad will be removed without prior notice or warning.
